Constructacon has experience leading some of the most complex construction jobs in the industry. On-time and on budget are two reasons our clients keep refering us.
Each project is staffed with an experienced construction team to oversee all aspects of construction. We will manage every project to ensure that our clients are provided with a successful project, built on schedule, on budget and of top quality. We ensure a seamless turnover of all project closeout documentation, co-ordinate all necessary training of building systems for the appropriate parties, and enforce, manage and supervise all trade contract warranties as it pertains to TARION warranty periods and Technical Performance Audits.
Custom Project Management
Constructacon has the project staff with the required knowledge and capability to engage and implement the wide variety of processes, in both the pre-construction and construction phases. During pre-construction, we will actively collaborate and engage with the Consultants in clash-detection and resolution, to complement the objective of preparing accurate working and construction drawings.
